GARBAGE

Garbage collection is not included between weeks 1-19 and 38-52. Green sack is applied: The payment sack is a green sack labeled "Betalsopsäck Region Gotland” (Pay sack Region Gotland) Ordinary sack bags cannot be used. The payment sack is sold in, for example, grocery stores at recycling centers. The payment bag is sold eg. in grocery stores and at recycling centers. The price is SEK 83 per bag and is left by the tenant as they leave the house at the recycling center.

Garbage collection is included between weeks 20-37, food waste is packed in a special green bag and placed in brown vessels and combustible waste in ordinary soup bag in green vessel.
CLEANING

Do the clean yourself and leave the house the way in the condition you met the house. Please report directly to us upon arrival if you think the cleaning on arrival is substandard.

Or you contact a cleaning company and can then utilize your Rut deduction if you are a Swedish citizen. For example, Akka home service.
